Everything went smoothly in the Chesterfield branch. I had a poorly dog at the time of ordering and the branch was really accommodating with him. All the details were clearly presented and discussed upon ordering and collection was also superb.

Efficient and friendly service. I was approached by a member of staff to help when she could see i was waiting. I was kept updated throughout the day. Patient and helpful when I couldn't find the button to unlock the courtesy car petrol filler flap!

Paige was very helpful and kept me up to date with everything . With it being a brake service and a change of fluid ,for a few days the brakes seemed a little soft . After a brief phone call to Paige she had the problem sorted and car returned .

I am completely satisfied with the experience of using Stratstone Chesterfield. The car was booked in for work doing under recall and I also received a video of my car undergoing a complete checkup, which I found very helpful.

When I came to collect my car I noticed that the person who had parked it had gone down the entire passenger side against a bush. This left marks on the paintwork that were down the entire passenger side of the car.

Had a slow start to the service due to service team being busy but once started the running in service took as long as advised. Only comment would be for the team to look at the notes on the service booking, this would have streamlined the apt.

Slow delivery of the service, failed to provide the vehicle health check in a timely fashion. The offered valet wash n hoover was poor quality considering the overall high cost of works.

Handover and collection fine , service work appears to be done okay , no video sent with vehicle appraisal . Valet work appears to be nothing more than a quick wash . Prices quoted for replacement outrageous .

2 reception staff sat at desks and was told I had to wait for someone else, then watched a customer dealt with first . Strange system when it easier to tell me someone else will be dealing with me instead of the two at their desks

Both paige and the service manager were helpful and did their best to satitify my needs. Its isnt there fault of the ridiculous high fees. So BMW chesterfield were very helpful, wish i couod say the same about the derby branch. Wont ever use them.
